How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets here on our web-site! No Printer? No problem! We can scan your ticket from your smart phone or IPAD. We also sell tickets from the ticket booth at Haunted Hillside.
When are you open?

How long does it take to go through?
This really depends on how fast you can run! Haunted Hillside is and outdoor hike nearly 1 mile long and we suggest you take your time to enjoy the full experience. On average the walkthrough time for Haunted Hillside is 30-45 minutes.
How long is the wait?
This changes from night to night. We recommend that you purchase your tickets online! This allows you to walk right into the line for the attraction instead of having to wait to purchase your tickets on-site and then have to wait to go through the attraction.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
No, Haunted Hillside is a very dark attraction and everyone especially the actor’s eyes adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you are temporarily blinding the eyes of the actors. If you are media related please contact us so that arrangements and photos ops can be arranged.
Will the actors touch us?
You will not be grabbed or touched by any actors unless it’s an accident or heightens the scare. Our actors are highly trained and professional. They will not touch you inappropriately or in sensitive areas.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Credit cards are accepted at the Haunted Hillside for ticket purchases only. Concession purchases are cash only.
Do you give refunds?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
Does Haunted Hillside change from year to year?
Yes, the haunted attraction goes through more upgrades and changes than any other haunted attraction around! New sets and new technology are added each year to insure that Haunted Hillside stays the #1 Scariest haunt in the Pittsburgh area.
Can I go in if I’m pregnant?
Haunted Hillside is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart or lung conditions or are in general poor health.
Once we’ve used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket is required for each visit.
Are you open if it rains?
We make every attempt to offer all attractions rain or shine. For the safety of our guests, outdoor attractions may be closed during very wet or severe weather.
Are bathrooms available?
There are port a johns located on the Haunted Hillside premises.
Does your attraction have security?
Haunted Hillside employs a fully trained security staff to keep things running smoothly.
Can we be thrown out of Haunted Hillside?
Yes, we do not tolerate foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, drugs, etc. This is done for your safety and the safety of our workers. If warned and the problem proceeds the guest could be asked to leave without a refund.
Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes, we sell everything from food to Haunted Hillside T-shirts. Bathrooms are available as well.
What is the age requirement to get in?
We have no age restrictions. We’ve had kids as young as five go through and come out with a smile while grown men have come out screaming and crying. It all depends on the persons’ upbringing and threshold for fear.
Are there any items that are prohibited?
Guns, knives or weapons of any type are prohibited as are backpacks and masks. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only and is not allowed in any of the attractions.
